Professional post-construction cleaning designed to remove construction dust and prepare newly built or renovated spaces for move-in or final presentation. Our standard final cleaning includes: • Removal of construction dust from accessible surfaces • Dusting and wiping walls, doors, trim, and baseboards • Cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces • Cleaning cabinets and closets from the outside • Cleaning light fixtures, switches, and reachable vents • Interior window and window sill cleaning • Vacuuming and mopping floors • Detailed cleaning of corners and edges • Removal of small debris created during the cleaning process Standard pricing applies to normal final post-construction cleaning. Heavy construction debris, excessive drywall dust, paint, adhesive, stickers, caulk or cement removal, exterior window cleaning, and other specialized cleaning may require an additional fee or custom quote. For properties over 5,000 sq. ft., please contact us for a custom quote. Pricing may vary depending on whether the property is newly constructed or renovated, the type and extent of construction or remodeling work completed, the condition of the property, and the amount of post-construction cleanup required.
